We promise our customers a hassle free and reliable online shopping experience. Every effort is being made to ensure that your product reaches you safely and in the best condition.

Purple Street shall ship products to all destinations within India. Presently, we are not shipping outside India. Purple Street shall provide regular updates in the Purple Street portal on the order fulfilment/shipment status. In addition, the tracking number with the courier partner shall also be shared with the customer.

The tentative delivery period varies from 4-7 business days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances. Purple Street provides FREE shipping for all orders regardless of the order value.

We offer optional gift wrap for the customers. A flat fee of Rs. 50/- per package shall be charged from the customers towards the gift wrapping expenses. This fee will not be refundable if the products purchased are returned, unless the returns were prompted by any manufacturing defect or errors from Purple Street.

For returns & exchanges, Purple Street shall arrange for reverse pickup from the same address, the product was delivered. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by the courier partners for reverse pickup, customer will have to self-ship the returns/exchange product. The actuals spent for the reverse shipping, by customer shall be refunded by Purple Street, subject to a maximum of Rs 70/- subject to receipt of the products at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return/exchange may not be possible.

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

Typical time of reverse pickup is 1-5 business days from the date of request, however in certain cases it may be longer. Customer shall get full refund amount entitled as per the policy if the request is raised within stipulated time window and need not worry about reverse pickup delays.
