Return and Exchange Policy

Purple Street offers an unconditional 30 days return/exchange policy for all the products. 

The Purple Street may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

  • Purple Street shall arrange for reverse pickup of Return/Exchange items from the same address, the product was delivered.
  • For the few pin codes that are non-serviceable by the courier partners for reverse pickup, customer will have to self-ship the returns/exchange product. The actuals spent for the reverse shipping, by customer shall be refunded by Purple Street, subject to a maximum of Rs 70/- subject to receipt of the products at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return/exchange may not be possible.
  • Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website/app.
  • If the customer wishes to exchange products from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be sent back. Partial returns aren’t accepted.
  • Exchange only permitted once per order. In case, the customer still is not happy with the exchanged product, he can return it within the applicable return window.
  • For product returns, the order value shall be credited back to the customer’s original payment method, within 7 business days of receipt and acceptance of the returned product by Purple Street.
  • For product returns, in case of manufacturing defects, all shipping charges/Gift wrapping expenses paid by customer is credited back to him, once approved, after the necessary product checks at our end.
  • In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns or exchanges where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
  • All items to be exchanged/returned must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact, without which we may not be able to continue with the exchange/return process.
  • Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable (except in case of product manufacturing defects).
  • Your exchange product will be shipped from our warehouse after the returned product has been picked from your end. Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 4-7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund back the order amount to you.
  • Typical time of reverse pickup is 1-5 business days from the date of request, however in certain cases it may be longer. Customer shall get full refund amount entitled as per the policy if the request is raised within stipulated returns allowed time window and need not worry about reverse pickup delays.
  • Refund shall be initiated once the products reaches back our warehouse and necessary checks are completed to clear the refund process.
  • In case of multiple products order, return request should be placed together for all the products you want to return.
  • Products that have been tampered with or used cannot be returned.
  • We are unable to provide replacement or refund for the custom made products, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product doesn’t conform to the specifications and images given in the product information page. Kindly check the size guide for Tees and other apparels before ordering so that there are no size incompatibility issues. Also, please note that the colour of the custom t-shirt may slightly vary as per the customer's screen resolution.
